Return and Exchange Policy

Our General Return Conditions

The products you wish to return must be unused, with tags attached, unwashed, and in a resalable condition. Refunds for products that do not comply with these conditions will not be approved.

You can create your return request within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of your order.

How to Make a Free Return? (Sürat Kargo)

  1. Get a Return Code: Start your return process via our online portal or WhatsApp to receive your unique shipping code.

  2. Prepare the Package: Package the products to be returned together with their invoice, adding a note inside stating that they are sent for return purposes.

  3. Deliver to Shipping Company: Deliver your package to Sürat Kargo free of charge using the agreement code provided to you.

Important: Packages sent without using our contracted shipping code will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Vervegrand is not responsible for any expenses arising from this situation.

Returns with Other Shipping Companies

If you prefer, you can send it to our address below using any shipping company of your choice, provided that you cover the shipping fee yourself (sender paid):

Right of Withdrawal (Legal Notification)

What is the Right of Withdrawal?

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, buyers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they receive the product in online shopping.

Right of Withdrawal Period

The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the BUYER or to the third party at the address indicated by the BUYER and ends after 14 days. However, the BUYER may also use the right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods.

In determining the periods for orders consisting of multiple products:

  • For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day the last good is received,

  • For goods consisting of multiple pieces, the day the last piece is received,

  • In contracts where regular delivery of goods is made for a certain period, the day the first good is received is taken as basis.

How to Use the Right of Withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision with a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

Step 1: Notification of Withdrawal You can notify us of your withdrawal decision through one of the following methods:

  • By E-mail: By sending an e-mail stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal to canbakirtel@uniqstore.com.tr, which is our customer service e-mail address.

  • Via Online Portal: By creating a return request through your Return Portal on our website.

  • With a Written Form: By filling out the sample withdrawal form below and sending it to us via e-mail or post.

Step 2: Sending the Product Back After notifying your withdrawal, you must send the product back to us within 10 (ten) days by delivering it to Sürat Kargo with the agreement code provided to you. The shipping fee belongs to us for shipments made with our contracted shipping code.

Refund Process

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date your withdrawal notification reaches us, all payments collected from you, including the initial delivery costs of the product, will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment instrument you used in your shopping. We reserve the right not to make a refund before the products reach us.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be legally exercised in the following cases:

  • Products whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under our control.

  • Products specially prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.

  • Products that can quickly spoil or expire.

  • From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene (underwear bottom pieces, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, etc.).

  • Products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

  • Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (gift card, digital code, etc.).

  • Services whose execution started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal period expires.
