  • Fulfillment of obligations under the Online Wholesale Dealership Membership Agreement and Online Wholesale Sales Framework Agreement.
  • Evaluating and approving wholesale dealership applications and managing dealership status.
  • Receiving, preparing, invoicing and delivering orders.
  • Execution of finance and accounting affairs, follow-up of current accounts and payments.
  • Answering and resolving your requests, questions and complaints.
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations arising from legislation (tax, e-invoice/e-archive, etc.).
  • Use as evidence in possible legal disputes.

B. Legitimate Interest and Marketing Activities (Cases Requiring Explicit Consent):

  • Creation of generic or personalized campaigns, benefits, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Conducting marketing analysis, targeting, re-targeting and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) studies.
  • Conducting market research and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Sending electronic commercial messages (e-mail, SMS, etc.).

4. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups in the country and/or abroad in line with the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

  • Advisors: Law firms and financial advisories that receive legal and financial consultancy services.
  • Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: Tax offices, courts and other official institutions upon request as per legal obligations.

5. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data; It is collected through digital and physical channels such as membership and contact forms, contracts, e-mails, phone calls, cookies and similar channels on our website.

These data, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK; "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", "data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" and "data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms". 6. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

  • Requesting information about it, if it has been processed,

  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful committing it.

You can submit your requests regarding your above-mentioned rights to our Company in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" by the following methods:
