Right of Return and Withdrawal

CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

Products you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, have their tags intact, and be free of any scents such as perfume. If a product is in any condition that prevents it from being resold, your refund will not be approved.

You can return your order within 30 (thirty) days of delivery by shipping it to us with Aras Kargo using our company code 2009048851517, free of any shipping charge.

Returns sent without using our official shipping code will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the consumer by the shipping company. Stil Diva is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result.

Alternatively, you can send your return packages at your own expense using any shipping company of your choice to our warehouse/office located at "Mehmet Nesih Özmen Mah. Mehmet Akif Cad. No:40/A Güngören İstanbul".

Placing a note inside the package stating that it is a return will help speed up the process and ensure your refund is processed more quickly.

Your refund will be processed by us within a maximum of 3 (three) business days. The transfer of the refund to your account is dependent on your bank and may take between 2-10 (two to ten) business days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 (thirty) days without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for service agreements; for goods delivery agreements, it begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period, the following are taken as a basis:

a) For goods that are part of a single order but delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the final item. b) For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the final part. c) For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods for a specified period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first item.

You can submit your withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires through the return and send-back option on your personal membership page at ************. The designated carrier for returns under your right of withdrawal is Yurtiçi Kargo, and details regarding the return shipment are explained in the return and send-back section on your personal membership page at ************.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER or provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs (custom-made/personalized goods).
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire. d) Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics).
e) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.
f) Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables offered in a physical medium, if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
g) Contracts for the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under a subscription agreement.
h) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be carried out on a specific date or during a specific period.
i) Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
j) Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
