What is the Right of Withdrawal?

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, from the date buyers (consumers) receive the product in online shopping. 14 (fourteen) days It has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Right of Withdrawal Period

The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the BUYER or to a third party at the address indicated by the BUYER, and 14 days then it ends. In determining the periods for orders consisting of more than one product:

Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised (Exceptions)

  • In line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs specially prepared products.

  • Products that are perishable or may expire.

  • From delivery then products that mix with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature.
